Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
  • During periods of high demand, promotions, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).
  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Clairmont Golf is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at clairmontgolf@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Clairmont Golf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your package is missing after being marked as delivered, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors or household members.

Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at clairmontgolf@gmail.com.
  • Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.
